On April 13 , 2022 , the opening ceremony of the " China-Africa Friendship Hospital Talent Training Course " sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the National Health Commission was successfully held in the conference room of Peking University People's Hospital via online live broadcast. 32 students from Uganda, Kenya, Mauritius and other countries attended the opening ceremony. Wang Jian, deputy director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the National Health Commission, and Wang Tianbing, deputy director of Peking University People's Hospital, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. deputy director Wang Jian said the purpose of holding the China-Africa Friendship Hospital Talent Training Course was to share China’s practical experience in hospital management and other aspects, learn from each other, strengthen multilateral exchanges, and further promote China-Africa health cooperation and development and promote the building of a China-Africa community with a shared future. The 14- day training course mainly invites front-line managers and experts from Peking University People's Hospital to share and exchange practical experience and cases in hospital management. Relevant experts from the Health Development Research Center of the National Health Commission, Peking University, and Fudan University will also give lectures on China's national health conditions and modern hospital management.
