Project narrative

On December 20, 2022, the political counselor at the Chinese embassy in Turkmenistan hosted a New Year's reception to introduce the 20th National Congress of the CCP and gave gifts Turkmen NGO leaders. The gifts included stationery and other Chinese-made gifts. The recipients included the deputy director of the Turkmen Disabled Support Center and the vice president of the Yenme or "beyond" charity.
