Between June 13, 2022, and August 5, 2022, Qiqihar City donated children's picture books to Goyang City (Goyang-si) in South Korea. The donated books were rented and displayed at Goyang City Children's Library. The donation was part of a mutual book exchange between Qiqihar City and Goyang City. Quantity of books donated is unknown.
