Project narrative

On March 6, 2020, Qingdao City donated quarantine supplies to Daegu Metropolitan City in South Korea. Quantity of donated items is unknown, but the donation included masks and protective clothing. This was the first round of a COVID-19 supply donation. The second round was completed April 2020 (Record ID#101143).

Staff comments

1. Recorc ID#101142 and 101143 capture Qingdao City donations with unspecified batches of COVID-19 supplies to Daegu. It is possible that the pledge captured in Record ID#101288 is in fact the same as Record ID#101142 and 101143, or that at least a portion of the pledged items in Record ID#101288 are related to these other projects. The letter of condolence received by Daegu on February 24, 2020, may have included information related to the pledge in Record ID#101288. This issue merits further investigation.
