Project narrative

In 2020, the Chinese Embassy on behalf of China committed to build an E-Library for South African National Defense College. In September 2021, construction finished. On March 21, 2021, the E-Library was handed over to SANDF. The library aims to provide resources for South African cadets to learn more about China.
