Project narrative

On 20 September 2022, acting Consul General of China Tang Changan and his delegation donated 56 mountain bikes to the Department of Community Safety of Western Cape Town Neighborhood Watch. It was handed over to Minister Reagen Allen, Minister of Police Oversight and Community Safety. The donation will support accredited Neighborhood Watch structures in their significant work across the province to create safer communities in the Western Cape.
