Project narrative

In March 2020, the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality announced the donation of anti-COVID pandemic equipment to twelve sister cities, donating a total of 2.55 million masks and 2,200 non-contact infrared thermometers. Included in the twelve cities was Lyon, France, which received an unknown portion of this donation. Other details, including the date of the handover, are unknown.
