Project narrative

On August 3, 2022, Yang Han, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago, attended online the opening ceremony of the "Trinidad and Tobago Financial Crime Prevention Seminar" hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and hosted by the Central University of Finance and Economics and delivered a speech. McClair, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration of Trinidad and Tobago, and Cai Ruhai, Dean of the School of Continuing Education of the Central University of Finance and Economics, attended the event online and delivered speeches. More than 40 police, legal, and financial officials selected by the Special Forces participated in the 14-day relevant training program.
