Project narrative

On September 30, 2015, a syndicate of lenders -- including Bank of China -- reached financial close on a EUR 67.5 million syndicated credit facility with Touax, a French operational leasing company. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance Touax's existing obligations. The new agreement has a four year maturity, an unknown interest rate, and is made up of a revolving credit facility and a term loan portion. Other lending details are unknown. Bank of China, Banque Europeenne du Credit Mutuel, BNP Paribas, BRED Banque Populaire, Credit du Nord, Credit Industriel et Commerciel, Credit Lyonnais, KBC Bank N.V., and Societe Generale all participated in the facility.
