Project narrative

In March 2020, Hebei Province donated 10,000 masks and 5,000 pairs of medical gloves to Gangwon Province in South Korea. The commitment was made as of March 11, 2020 and delivery process was set to begin on March 16, 2020. The donation was expected to arrive on March 20, 2020.

1. English sources list Hubei Province as the donor, while multiple Korean sources list Hebei Province as the donor. Further confirmation of the donor may be necessary, but it is likely that the Korean sources are correct and the English made a translation error. 2.
