Project narrative

On May 27, the first "Chinese Ambassador Scholarship" award ceremony was held at the San Fernando City Hall in Trinidad and Tobago. Ambassador Fang Qiu attended and delivered a speech. San Fernando Mayor Regrero, San Fernando West District Councilor, Trinidad and Tobago Rural Development and Local Government Minister Al-Rawi’s office and senior officials from the Ministry of Education attended.
