Project narrative

On April 6th, 2020, the City of Loudi donated 20,000 masks to Muan County (Muan-gun), Tongyeong City (Tongyeong-si), South Jeolla Province (Jeollanam-do), and South Gyeongsang Province (Gyeongnam). The K-Beauty Industry Association acted as an initial recipient implementing the project to deliver the masks to the intended recipients after the donation passed through customs. The estimated value of the masks is unknown, as the type of masks included are unknown.
