Project narrative

In April 2020, the Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee (captured by ID#110967) and the Yangzhou Municipal Government (ID#101309) donated medical surgical masks to Gyeongju City in South Korea. Implementation of the project had begun as of April 19, 2020. Quantity of masks donated is unknown. Masks purchased by Shubang-Slender West Lake Scenic Area were likely received alongside the masks from Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Yangzhou Municipal Government (captured in Record ID#101310).
