Project narrative

In March 2020, the Qingdao Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, Shandong Province, and other provincial travel agencies donated more than 15,000 masks to South Korean companies. On March 24, 2020, the donation was delivered to the Seoul Tourism Association. The masks were distributed to multiple companies after arriving in South Korea. The donation was reportedly worth 225,000 Chinese yuan. Record ID#101311 captures the Qingdao Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau's contribution, Record ID#110980 captures Shandong Province's contribution, and Record ID#110982 captures the remain provincial contributions to the donation.
