Project narrative

On December 15, 2022, the Chinese Ambassador to Panama attended a handover ceremony of 10 motorcycles to Panama City's police force. The motorcycles were donated from an unknown agency within the Chinese Government. According to the ambassador, this donation is to help the Panamanian city government improve the hardware construction of the police force and better serve to ensure social security and citizen safety in the capital.
