Project narrative

In April 2020, the Chinese city of Nanjing donated 15,000 protective masks to the German city of Heidelberg. The donation was initiated and mediated by Dr. Thomas Rabe of Heidelberg, and arrived in Heidelberg on April 28, 2020.
