During or prior to September 2020, the Chinese city of Changsha donated 40,000 face masks and 2,000 bags of disinfectant tissue to at least two German cities, including Berlin and Dusseldorf, to aid their COVID-19 response. The amount of supplies distributed to each city is unknown.
