Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Gymnasium Horn was established on August 19, 2018. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Gymnasium Horn (梅霍恩高级文理中学) with a grant. It was the fourth Confucius Classroom to be established in Germany. Hanban approved the establishment of the Confucius Classroom in early August 2017 and the Confucius Classroom was officially opened on August 25, 2017. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44207.
