Project narrative

On December 14, 2022, the Panamanian government announced that 28 students had been awarded scholarships to study in the People's Republic of China. Of these students, 22 are pursuing bachelor's degrees while 6 are pursuing master's in areas of economics, science, mechanical engineering, marketing, food science, engineering, logistics, and business management. The actual dates for implementation is unknown. Implementation Start Date assumed to be date of pre-selection committee and completion date the day the awarding of the scholarships was announced
