Project narrative

On February 10, 2022, Guo Wei, Ambassador to Seychelles, on behalf of Nanjing, donated anti-epidemic materials to Victoria, the capital of Seychelles. The handover ceremony was attended by David André, Mayor of Victoria, Kathleen Cécile, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Health Care Authority, Lindy Ernesta, Director of Bilateral Affairs at the Seychelles Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Kenneth Henriette, Medical Director of AMSA Medical Center. DHL and Hunt, Deltel & Co. Ltd, logistics companies who transported the donation for free, also had representatives in attendance. The donation included 800 pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE), 10,000 masks, and 300 masks with Chinese elements, with a value of RMB 249,900.
