On April 25, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Malta donated 500 surgical masks to St. Julian's Police Station, St. Julian’s police force in Malta. On April 27, 2020, the police wrote a note of appreciation for the donation on their Facebook page. The mask donation has an estimated value of USD 350.
