Project narrative

In February 2020, the Shandong Friendship Association and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) donated 40,000 face masks to the Malta China Friendship Society (MCFS). The masks were then donated to the Ministry for Education, Sports, Youths, Research and Innovation in Malta and received by Dr. Clifton Grima, Malta's Parliamentary Secretary for Youth and Sports. The proportion of masks donated between CPAFFC and the Shandong Friendship Association is unknown.
