Project narrative

On June 24, 2015, a syndicate of sixteen banks -- including Bank of China -- signed an agreement to provide a EUR 650 revolving credit facility to Tarkett, a French company focusing on flooring and sports surfaces. Proceeds from the facility will be use to refinance the company's existing credit facilities. Other lending details, including maturity and interest rate, are unknown. Other banks participating in the lending syndicate are BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Credit Agricole-Corporate & Investment Bank, HSBC France, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Banco Bilbao, Banque Europeenne du Credit Mutuel, Danske Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, ING Belgium, Merchant Banking, Caisse Regional de Credit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d'Ile de France, and BGL BNP Paribas.
