Project narrative

On March 28, 2013, a syndicate of 16 banks -- including ICBC -- signed an agreement with Vivendi to provide a EUR 1.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility. The facility has a five-year maturity, with an unknown interest rate. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance an existing credit facility, which was maturing in mid-2014. A total of 16 banks contributed to the facility, including ICBC, Bank of America N.A. Paris Branch, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Barclays Bank PLC., BNP Paribas, Citibank International plc, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Mutuel CIC (acting through Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel & Crédit Industriel et Commercial), Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA, Goldman Sachs International Bank, HSBC Bank PLC, Paris Branch, Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd., Natixis, The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. and Société Générale. The facility was later amended and extended in 2014 (captured via Record ID#101811).
