Staff comments

1. Source ID #195785 mentions a donation of medical equipment and medicine worth Rwf 700,000 that the 22nd medical team gave to the Gahanga Health Center. Source ID #197736 also mentions a donation given by the 22nd health team during the medical outreach event, but this donation consisted of COVID personal protective equipment (PPE) and medicine altogether worth $1,000. It is likely that the Rwf 700,000 and the $1,000 donation refer to the same donation, as there is no clear evidence that the medical team donated two distinct times during the outreach event. For this reason, Aiddata has coded the transaction amount of the donation as being the more conservative value of Rwf700,000 until more evidence is found.
