Project narrative

On May 30, 2023, a syndicate of 11 banks -- including China Construction Bank and ICBC -- signed an agreement to provide a SGD 1.5 billion syndicated revolving credit facility to Singtel Group Treasury Pte., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singtel, a Singaporean telecommunications company. Proceeds from the facility will by used for general corporate purposes. The facility itself is guaranteed by Singtel. Other lending details, including interest rate and maturity, are unknown. CCB's contribution is captured via Record ID#101847. ICBC's contribution is captured via Record ID#101848. A total of 11 banks joined the lending syndicate, which consisted of ANZ Group, Bank of America, China Construction Bank, Citibank N.A., DBS Bank, ICBC, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, HSBC, and UOB.
