Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

In 2011, the Chinese Government donated a Kayserburg grand piano to the Government of Malta for Verdala Palace, the residence of Malta's president. On October 31, 2011, a handover certificate was signed by the Chinese Embassy in Malta and the Ministry of Finance of Malta for aid that included the piano. The piano had reportedly arrived in mid-September 2011 for installation. In November 2011, a concert was held to inaugurate the new piano.
