Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On November 4, 2022, the handover ceremony of police vehicles (riot control vehicles and motorcycles) donated by China to the Solomon Islands was held at the headquarters of the Solomon Islands Police Force. The donation was made in response to social unrest that broke out in Honiara, the capital of the Solomon Islands, in November 2021. The donation will further effectively enhance the law enforcement, patrol, anti-riot and social security capabilities of the police force.
