Staff comments

1. Suining Central Hospital was reported to have donated 7,000 masks to Mutua De Terrassa University Hospital in Spain and Maastricht University Medical Center in the Netherlands. It is unclear whether the donation consisted of 7,000 masks for each of the two hospitals or 7,000 total masks between the two hospitals. For the time being, AidData has assumed that the Suining Central Hospital donated 7,000 total masks, and sent an equal amount (3,500 masks) to each of the two hospitals. 2. AidData has estimated the transaction amount for this donation based on price catalogues from the World Health Organization (WHO). Please see the TUFF Methodology for additional details.
