Project narrative

On March 25, 2020, the Bank of China (BOC) signed a EUR 33 million term loan agreement with Portuguese healthcare group José de Mello Saúde. The loan carried a maturity of 4 years. The proceeds were used by the borrower to pay down a EUR 30 million loan contracted in October 2017.
