Project narrative

In 2013, the Chinese government sent a medical aid team to the Mediterranean Regional Centre for Traditional Chinese Medicine (MRCTCM) in Malta, a medical institution jointly established by the Chinese Government and the Government of Malta. This was the 11th medical team sent to Malta and the aid was provided in accordance with a previous June 2002 agreement between the Chinese Government and the Government of Malta (Record ID#101845). The 2013 medical aid team's mission lasted until 2015 and one of the team's central responsibilities included providing Chinese acupuncture.
