Project narrative

On May 14, 2019, the Bank of China (BOC) entered into a €300 million EUR bilateral credit facility agreement with Telefónica, S.A. — a Spanish multinational telecommunications company — for unspecified purposes. This loan carried a maturity period of five years with two one-year extension options and a final maturity date of May 14, 2024. As of December 31, 2019, there was no outstanding balance under this loan. On February 18, 2020, the credit's limit was decreased to €135 million EUR. As of December 31, 2020, there was no outstanding balance under this loan.
