Project narrative

In either late March or early April 2020, the Shandong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SDPAFFC) donated masks to unspecified recipient organizations in Austria. A total of 22,000 masks were donated by SDPAFFC to different recipients in various countries, but it is unknown how many masks were provided to Austrian recipients.
