Project narrative

In July 2022, the Chinese Government provided a training course on administrative management to 80 students from Portuguese speaking countries, including Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, and Sao Tome and Principe. The training focused on the modernization of national governance capabilities and systems. Individuals from the Academy for International Business Officials of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, the Jiangxi Vocational College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade helped organize the training course, and the Brazilian Rio Chinese Association provided centralized teaching venues, The training course ran from July 7, 2022, to July 27, 2022 in an online and offline hybrid modality. Chinese Consul General Tian Min attended the closing ceremony and issued completion certificates to Brazilian student representatives.
