Project narrative

In March 2020, the Bank of China (BOC) donated 200,000 pieces of medical equipment to the Government of Ireland for use by the Health Service Executive. The Government of Ireland's Office of Government Procurement reported the donation had been received on March 26, 2020. The donated items included protective clothing, gloves, and face masks. Representatives from Ireland's Industrial Development Agency (IDA Ireland) in China assisted with the procurement of the equipment.
