Project narrative

On April 7, 2022, the Chinese Embassy in Burundi, the Burundi "Good Deeds" Foundation, and the 20th Chinese Medical team in Burundi jointly hosted the The "Good Deeds and Bright Eyes" free cataract clinic event. During the event, 47 patients received free cataract surgery. Additionally, the Chinese Embassy in Burundi donated a batch of medical equipment to the eye clinic during the event (see Record ID#102215).
