Project narrative

On April 7, 2022, the Chinese Ambassador to Burundi Li Xinzhang led experts from the Chinese medical aid team to perform free surgeries on 47 cataract patients, helping them regain their sight (see Record ID#102213). The Chinese Embassy in Burundi donated a batch of medical equipment to the eye clinic affiliated with the foundation.
