Project narrative

On November 17, 2022, Chinese Ambassador to the Bahamas Dai Qingli met with the Minister for Grand Bahama, Ginger Moxey, and made contributions to two community projects in Grand Bahamas, the Tripp Circle Community Center and the High Rock Community Development Center. The monetary value of the donations is unknown. Nadine Pinder accepted on behalf of the High Rock Community Center; Jewel Edwards, Consultant: COLLAB, Partnerships for Change, on behalf of the Tripp Circle Community Center; and Pastor Adrian Bethel, of Bethel Superstore, which will supply the equipment for both centers. Melvin Seymour, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Grand Bahama, also attended the presentation ceremony.
