Project narrative

On August 29, 2022, the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Province donated medical equipment to the Bahamas Ministry of Health and Wellness. The handover certificate was signed by Colin Higgs, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Health and Wellness, and Xu Zhengxian, Director-General of the Office of Foreign Affairs of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee.
