Project narrative

On November 22, 2023, a discussion was held with participants of a diplomatic training course held in China for officials from Sao Tome and Principe. The participants traveled to China to attended the training, which was intended to promote development in Sao Tome and Principe and bolster bilateral cooperation with China. The meeting was attended by the Foreign Affairs Advisor to the Sao Tome and Principe President Viegas, the Consular Director of the Sao Tome and Principe Ministry of Foreign Affairs Damata, and Chinese Counselors Hu Bin and Hao Qinmei.
