Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Stedelijk College Eindhoven was established in 2016. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Stedelijk College Eindhoven with a grant. Communication University of China (中国传媒大学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on February 23, 2017 and it was the 8th Confucius Classroom to be established in the Netherlands. The original Confucius Institute project is tracked under Record ID#44249.
