Staff comments

1. AidData has coded the completion date based on a source that indicated the handover had been completed as of October 11, 2022. 2. In the absence of official sources, AidData has coded the transaction amount based on the most conservative estimates of Shanghai Electric's donation. 3. Shanghai Electric reportedly donated PKR 2.5 million to the Saylani Welfare Trust to support flood relief in the Sindh province. It is unclear if this donation was part of the larger PKR 7 million donation, or if this was a separate donation.
