Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Belvedere College was established on January 29, 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Belvedere College with a grant. The classroom was under UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland, as captured by Record ID#44181. Renmin University of China (中国人民大学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on November 18, 2011.
