The Confucius Classroom at Colegio de Santo Tomás was established July 21, 2014. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Colegio de Santo Tomás with a grant.
