Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Bolandgymnasiet (Bolan senior high school) was established in 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Bolandgymnasiet with a grant. Tianjin Experimental High School (天津实验中学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on September 6, 2011.
