Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Riga Technical University was established in 2019. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Riga Technical University with a grant. South China Normal University (华南师范大学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on November 4, 2019.
