Project narrative

The Aula Confucio dell’ IPSSAR “Esposito Ferraioli” was established on December 1, 2009. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing IPSSAR “Esposito Ferraioli (Istituto Professionale Statale per i Servizi dell’Enogastronomia e l’Ospitalità Alberghiera “Antonio Esposito Ferraioli” (Napoli)) with a grant. Shanghai International Studies University (上海外国语大学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom began operations on November 24, 2010.
