The Aula Confucio della Scuola Internazionale Europea “Altiero Spinelli” was established on in 2015. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Scuola Internazionale Europea “Altiero Spinelli” with a grant. East China Normal University (华东师范大学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom.
