In 2020, Bank of China (Thailand) (BOCT) donated COVID response materials to the Thai government. BOCT recorded the donation in their 2021 Annual Report, but did not specify any other details of the donation.

1. In the absence of a specific donation date, AidData has assumed that the donation was made in or around April of 2020 when China began to donate COVID supplies en masse abroad. This issue warrants further investigation.
