Project narrative

On April 19, 2013, the Chinese Government donated 1000 rare and modern Chinese books to the University of Missouri. The collection also included video resources and posters. The donation was also facilitated by the Shanghai Normal University and the Office of Chinese Language Council. The purpose of the donation was to celebrate and further the connection between the University of Missouri and China.
